Bernice Mene, a Winning Woman

The Winning Women programme, which was intended to encourage women and girls to participate more in sport, was one of the results of a conference on this topic organised by the Hillary Commission in 1993. Netballer Bernice Mene supported the programme by appearing on a Winning Women poster around 1998.
