Story: Diseases of sheep, cattle and deer
Tutu (Coriaria arborea) is a native shrub that is probably responsible for more animal deaths than any other plant in New Zealand. Apart from poisoning cattle and sheep, tutu has poisoned dogs, humans and two circus elephants.
