Ethnic identity

In the New Zealand census, people were asked to indicate the ethnic group or groups with which they identified. The numbers include those who indicated more than one group.

  • Croat: 2,550 (2006); 2, 673 (2013); 2,946 (2018)
  • Serbian: 1,029 (2006); 1,056 (2013); 1,284 (2018)

The New Zealand census figures listed here show the number of residents born in countries which included Dalmatia.
