Eastern Vineyards (6th of 6)

Eastern Vineyards

George Antunovich set up Eastern Vineyards in 1939. By the 1960s table wines were becoming popular in Auckland and winemakers provided restaurants with Old World names. Moselle, a semi-sweet wine, is named after Mosel, a German wine-growing region.
