Born and raised in New Zealand, visual artist Boyd Webb has lived in England since 1972. The wit and ambiguity of his ‘photographic fictions’ such as ‘Blessed’ (1985), shown here, conjure up conflicting ideas and emotions, and have gained him a wide following.
