Story: Cook Islanders
Like many young Cook Islanders, Ani O’Neill was born in New Zealand. She uses her knowledge of traditional weaving and tīvaevae (quilt making) to produce installation works such as these crocheted wool circles, from her ‘Cottage industry’ series.
