New Zealand temperature projections to the 2080s

These maps show projected changes in New Zealand’s annual mean temperature (in °C) over the 100 years from the 1980s to the 2080s. The left map is based on the highest projection of global warming of a 5.8°C increase. The right map is based on the lowest Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) projection of a 1.4°C global increase.
