Pansy Wong

Accountant Pansy Wong was the first Asian member of Parliament, and in 2004 was the National Party spokesperson on ethnic affairs and tourism. New Zealand educated, and a speaker of English, Cantonese, Mandarin and Shanghaiese, she is able to mediate between people of different cultural backgrounds in New Zealand.
