Duck shooting, Lake Ellesmere
Te Waihora (Lake Ellesmere ) is the largest lake in the Canterbury region and an internationally significant wildlife habitat. It has also been an important duck-shooting spot for many years. These men are displaying their catch in the early 1920s.
