Add 1 cup flour, ½ cup rolled oats and ½ cup coconut. Mix with fingertips or process in a food processor until the texture resembles breadcrumbs.Sprinkle crumble mixture over apple and bake 30–40 minutes at 180°C, until the topping is crisp and golden brown.
