Story: Alpine plants
Mouse-ear hawkweed (Hieracium pilosella) is an invasive, introduced daisy that is widespread in New Zealand's tussock grasslands. It produces creeping stems and flat rosettes of leaves, and in heavily grazed areas it can be the dominant ground cover.
