The coloured overlay on this image of Mangakino, on the Waikato River, shows Wairarapa Moana Incorporation land. The purple area is dairy units, and the brown area is the sheep and beef unit. The red and blue areas are blocks under lease. Wairarapa Moana Incorporation owned assets of almost $90 million in the early 2000s, much of it in forestry and farming.
